Q1: Where is the location and contact information?

Warehouse is inside the building of Galaxy Lighting.

Please ask the receptionist inside the office of 13611 Maycrest Way.

We will have staff to bring you to the warehouse.

 

Q2: How to make purchases and pick it up?

A: You can visit our warehouse to make a purchase and pickup directly. Products are First in First out rule except those are already

reserved or pre-ordered by customers.

 

Q3: What payment methods we accept?

A: We accept credit cards (+3% handling charge), debit cards, cash, e-transfer, Alipay, Wechat pay, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay, etc.

 

Q4: How to reserved the products when I do not have time to pick up immediately?

A: You can reserve the products in our office by paying a 30% non-refundable deposit.

After paying a deposit, you will receive one paper invoice and one digital invoice with the order number, you will need one of these invoices to pick up the product.

But the reservation may be canceled if you did not pick up the product after one week. If it happens, we will contact you to process the refund.

 

Q5: How can I make a pre-order if products are out-of-stock?

A: We accept pre-order by paying a 30% refundable deposit. products take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive except unexpected situations happens.

The deposit will refund if you change your mind.

After paying a deposit, you will receive one paper invoice and one digital invoice with the order number, you will need one of these invoices to pick up the product.

We will call, email, or text you for pick-up when the products are re-stock.

 

Q6: How can I make a pre-order if products are out-of-stock and I do not want to pay a refundable deposit?

A: We understand most of the customers will like to view the sample before paying the deposit and that's why the deposit is refundable.

If you interest in the product but do not want to pay a refundable deposit, you can call or email us to leave your name and phone number with your interested product model,

we will contact you once the product is available based on the contact information you provide.

Please note, this does not mean the product is reserved. Other customers can still pick up the product before you come. However, you can make a reservation when the product is available.

 

Q7: How can I view the sample?

A: Due to high-volume sales traffic, not all products have sample in stock to view. We recommend call for confirming the stock before come to visit the sample.
