Items under the free assembly promotion will be available for pickup no sooner than 10 business days from the purchase date, with the exact pickup time subject to email notification and a maximum lead time of 15 business days. These items are final sale—please inspect and ask any questions at the time of pickup, as no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted afterward. If the item is not picked up within 7 days of the pickup notice, a $10 storage fee will apply starting from day 14, increasing to a maximum of $15 after 14 days. We do not provide loading assistance; however, we are happy to offer voluntary help to individuals who need it. Please note that we are not liable for any damages during loading.
